An apprenticeship or traineeship at Brown & Carroll is an excellent way to begin your career in the construction industry. To date, we’ve supported over 35 apprentices and dozens of trainees.

Apprenticeship success stories

A number of our apprentices have represented our company at prestigious national events, including Luke Ives and David Guiton – both past winners of the Worshipful Company of Joiners and Ceilers Craft Competition. Most recently, apprentice carpenter Kelsey Wyborn scooped the EE Smith Award for Site Carpentry Level 2 Apprentice of the Year.

Others have gone on to achieve HNC qualifications and some even hold management positions in the company.
