Start your career with an apprenticeship at Brown & Carroll. Whether you see yourself building the skills to become a qualified bench joiner, site carpenter, French polisher, quantity surveyor or even an office administrator, we’ll provide the training and experience to get you there.

You’ll work alongside an outstanding team as you learn from experts in your field. You’ll be part of some of the most high-profile projects in the industry, whether you’re based in our factory, our offices or onsite. You may even join other apprentices in national competitions to demonstrate your skills.

Once you’ve completed your NVQ Level 2, we can support you through Level 3 and beyond – if that’s where you want to go. You may even end up in our management team one day!
