Luxury and innovation in a superior location

Steeped in the capital’s history among the iconic landmarks of Piccadilly, Fortnum & Mason, and the Ritz and Dorchester hotels, the Penthouse spans the fifth and sixth floors of a stunning Grade II listed building. The spectacular 360 views from its extensive roof terrace look across to Buckingham Palace, Green Park and the Palace of Westminster. Alongside exquisite detailing befitting of such a residence, we also provided cutting-edge climate control, security, lighting, and media technology.

Specialised joinery for an exclusive residence

To create the exact effect the magnificent Penthouse warranted, we produced a host of specialised joinery. This included hand-painted, brushed-effect dining room and lounge credenza units, a magnificent burr walnut desk with polyester high burnished finish and satin nickel lays, and cloudy-effect mirror finishes for the wardrobe doors and credenzas. The final result is a truly luxurious residence, where style, elegance, comfort and modernity combine in lavish harmony.
