A chance to keep up our ‘no fail’ reputation
“Holy crap! Only seven days to go!” That was Gordon Ramsay’s inimitable tweet just a week before the opening of Bread Street Kitchen at One New Change, and the pressure was truly on us too. We kept our factory going seven days a week to bring in the project and help the restaurant open on time – just three months after seeing the concept design.
Close collaboration from the start
Having worked with ISG for many years on their prestige projects, it was natural they should come to us for this fast-track programme. To minimise any problems or delays, we worked very closely with the interior designers at Russell Sage Studio (including on specialist metal work and complex glass finishes) to make sure of an early design resolution.
