Fitting out London's finest buildings
Rathbone Square is one of the first new squares created in central London in 100 years and we were delighted to be involved in the project.
With 140 apartments across 8 floors and 81 different floorplans and configurations, the logistics of this fit out were incredibly complex. As part of the fit out, we crafted cantilever and helical staircases which were clad in both Corian and timber. We made bespoke cantilever timber-veneered desks for two of the penthouses. And were responsible for the doors, timber floors, skirting, balcony decking, wardrobes and veneered wall panelling throughout.
We’re passionate about doing business in a sustainable way, so we were delighted to help Lend Lease achieve BREEAM Excellent with this project. BREEAM certification means there is market recognition for this low environmental impact building. It also shows a confidence that tried and tested environmental practices have been incorporated in the building. In addition, all the materials we used were FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified.
