High-end joinery is something we take in our stride, but this project in the heart of London’s West End was different. Involving the coordination and management of a whole range of trades, this fit out package for sixteen residential apartments in the St James’s conservation area was complex and demanding – but the results were truly stunning.
Coordinating an extensive fit out such as St James’s Gateway requires precise planning and flawless execution. With staircases, drylining, timber sub floors, wood flooring, ceilings, bathroom tiling, decorations, and the supply and fitting of sanitary ware and white goods to organise, our expert management ensured all was completed on time and to budget.
It was a fast and intensive thirty-week programme. So to give our clients full confidence, and the clearest possible impression right at the start of the design stage, we invited them to our Basildon factory to see a fully working mock-up of the bathrooms – complete with plasterboard, tiling, ceiling, lights, bath, shower, and fixtures and fittings.
