Another year of fantastic fit outs

And so ends another year at Brown & Carroll, with 2017 certainly one to remember. With a host of incredible fit outs completed, expansion and investment under way and a raft of awards to add to our collection, there’s much to celebrate as we enter 2018.

We’ve seen some very significant completions handed over to clients, including Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, TFL and the first phase of Credit Suisse, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team, with every member playing their part to uphold our flawless handover record. More recently, we handed over Rathbone Square – a fantastic addition to the B&C Living portfolio, where 121 standard apartments, 12 luxurious Collection Apartments and 7 stunning penthouses showcase our work to perfection.

2017 has also seen further investment in our facilities and systems – including buying and refurbishing Unit 11 and refining our JPQC procedures – increasing our capacity and enhancing the way we do things at Brown & Carroll.

What’s more, all this has earned us some well-deserved recognition! As well as three apprenticeship awards, 2017 brought us a Gold Award in the Health & Safety Awards, an Investors in Wildlife Gold Award, and our Silver FORS Accreditation.

With so much going on, it’s easy to forget that we still find ourselves in a competitive market, with clients exercising caution at a time of political and economic uncertainty.

However, it seems our reputation continues to serve us well, with M&G Investments, Goldman Sachs and Investec already in the pipeline for next year. 2017 has been a year to remember – but 2018 is definitely one to watch!
