Stephen Hopkins, Projects Director

Stephen joined Brown & Carroll in 2013, bringing considerable experience from managing a range of projects in various sectors, including commercial offices, residential fit outs and a gallery refurbishment at Tate Britain.

As Contracts Manager, Stephen engages in the design process before providing Head Office support for the site-based delivery team. He is also responsible for programme and progress reporting, up to the successful handover of the project.

Stephen began his career in 2001 at Swift Horsman as an Assistant Project Manager, simultaneously achieving a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying. He then progressed quickly to a Project Management role, carrying out additional Commercial Manager functions when necessary, before joining Brown & Carroll.
