Sustainability

At Brown & Carroll, we are determined to make sure our operations are as sustainable as possible. We work hard to minimise our impact on the environment, particularly by reducing the amount of carbon generated by our work. We also place a strong emphasis on social value, investing time and resources in our local community to improve the quality of people’s lives.

BREEM

We are continually improving our methods to achieve better environmental performance and a longer life cycle of our products when it comes to BREEAM. We can advise and assist from design and specification to construction and operation to achieve the best possible results for your project.

LEED

Sustainability is always at the forefront of our practices. When it comes to LEED there are several best practices to consider for achieving sustainable building design and construction. We can advise and assist you with achieving the best possible results for your project.

WELL

We understand the importance of health and well-being for our people, which is why we are always implementing new measures to improve quality. This is also transferred to your projects, where we utilise healthy materials that have zero negative impact of health and wellbeing.

Net Zero

The government has set ambitious targets to achieve net zero by 2050. We believe we are well on the way to achieving this by 2025, thanks to the many changes that we have implemented over the last decade.

Building Safety

Due to the unique challenges of each project we undertake, we need to be proactive in our approach within ever-changing site conditions.
