Fitting out London’s finest buildings
Our extensive joinery package comprised seven levels of offices and four state-of-the-art trading floors, each one large enough to accommodate 3,000 trading desks and 750 traders per floor. We fitted out the back office support areas, including training, teleconferencing and meeting rooms, auditoria and conferencing facilities, as well as client-facing areas consisting of meeting rooms and hospitality facilities. Our joinery also features in the employee restaurant, basement retail area and gymnasium.
In creating these superior facilities for this prominent client, we did all we could to ensure the whole project was as energy efficient as it was high quality. Thanks to the combination of our cutting-edge manufacturing process, our own chain of custody (CoC) certification, and the use of sustainable materials throughout, we were able to contribute towards the BREEAM Excellent rating that was achieved by this extensive fit out. And for a project of this scale and complexity, that’s a phenomenal result.
