Looking back over the last two decades, Rob Baker, Bench Joiner, said:

“When I joined I really enjoyed working for a small company that felt like family. As we’ve grown, I’ve had the opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business, including upholstery. I also mentor one of our apprentices, which is rewarding.”

Senior Design Co-ordinator Alan Waller agreed: “When I joined Brown and Carroll it was a much smaller company. It’s been amazing to have been part of its development into what we see today.” Gary Armitage, Spray Shop Chargehand, echoed a similar sentiment:

“I’ve enjoyed seeing the company grow into the successful business it is today – here’s to the next 20 years!” A big ‘thank you’ to all three from all of us at Brown & Carroll. We hope you all enjoy cracking open your bottles of 2012 Lanson champagne – you might want to lay them down until 2032 as we hear it’s a vintage that’ll be at its best after 20 years.
