When we fitted out 37 luxurious apartments on the banks of the River Thames for Berkeley Homes, of course we were only going to bring our very best to the project. However, little did we know our meticulous approach and high standards would also help our client fulfil one of their core values – ‘Excellence through Detail’.
One Tower Bridge is designed to offer some of the most exclusive living in London, and so we were honoured to be closely involved in the fit out of the most desirable of the collection’s nine buildings – Blenheim House – which offers a matchless riverside location and unbeatable views of Tower Bridge.
Under the expert steer of Peter Fenech, our team not only fitted out exquisite apartments across four floors, but also 11 corridors and an impressive concierge area. Our brief was extensive, comprising a range of opulent materials – from diamond mosaic oak flooring to metal-inlaid ebony veneer wall panels. We even fitted electronic privacy glass in the bathrooms, which transforms from semi-opaque to transparent at the flick of a switch.
However, surely the greatest achievement of the whole project was learning that our team’s exacting standards and high-quality craftsmanship assisted Berkeley Homes in achieving their overriding value of ‘Excellence through Detail’. As we all know, we’re never prepared to compromise on the quality of our fit outs, in any aspect of our work – but it’s moments like these that really show the difference that detail makes to our clients, and our reputation.
