We’re planting another 12,000 trees!

We’ve just signed an agreement with Thames Water to supply 12,000 trees for a new 20-hectare rewilding project in Dorney. Varieties including Oak, Rowan, Elder and Dog Rose have been chosen for their biodiversity, alongside fruit trees, such as pear and damson, to encourage foraging.

“This is a really ambitious and long-term rewilding project, with not only the scale of the planting a challenge, but also ensuring the type of planting is right. It’s fantastic to have Brown & Carroll onboard again with another site and we’re looking forward to getting our boots muddy when we start the planting”

Becky Elliot – Ecology Manager, Thames Water.
